This page explains how our T3 styling-tool store handles use of the store and purchases made through it.

Store use

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with security, availability, or another person's rights. Product text and images remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Products and orders

We seek accurate descriptions, images, availability, and prices, while reasonable display differences may occur. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance follows successful review and payment authorization.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and payment options are shown during checkout.

Delivery and returns

Delivery responsibilities follow the Shipping Policy. Both eligible non-defective and defective returns are accepted, and eligible exchanges are available, under the Refund Policy.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Terms may be updated for future use of the store. Questions can be sent through Contact Us.
